I would like to say that the representative for Just Energy that I spoke with on today was very informative very professional and when she compared the electricity cost Just Energy came out completely on top so this is why I chose to switch I look forward to a long long relationship with Just Energy
I am not going to give a 1 star review just because I am unsure of their actual service. I am upset because I was approached at Kroger and was told I will just receive information via email about the service. When signing I noticed it said I am giving permission for them to start the service. I asked the sales rep and he said that it is only to have the information sent and you have 5 days to think about it. Now I am enrolled for their service, plus they make you sign on a Sunday so their office is closed. Due to this I do not trust this company and I will be calling tomorrow to cancel. I do not like being mislead. Read what you are signing and do not trust the sales reps
My TXU rep was Ana. I have to say she was wonderful! She was informative, patient, kind and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to help me reduce my electric bill. Thank you, Ana! Give this lady a commendation from me TXU! And give her a raise!

Online chat is easy to use and very convenient. We get busy in our daily lives and our electric contract expiration date slipped our minds. We were able to get on the TXU website and use their online chat. We had a new plan within a few minutes and slightly cheaper than our current plan. Walter Fajardo was our chat representative and found us an affordable plan with savings! He also offered added coverage that was a great benefit to have at low cost. We checked online for a better deal through other service providers, leaving us confident to choose TXU.
