No matter how many kilowatt hours I use, it's always around $300. We are two people living in a 3 bed 2 bath house. We keep our home cool in the winter and warm in the summer to try to keep our cost down. I complained in January because my kilowatt hours was extremely high and was told it was because I used the stove to cook with on Christmas day. I called this month and my bill was high because I'm on average billing. No matter what what they always have an excuse and it's not their fault.

I signed up with Cirro Energy based on a recommendation from my brother-in-law. He's been with them for several years and had just signed up with them again. I've been with TXU and Reliant for quite a while and I thought maybe a change was needed. Now we'll see how this partnership progresses.

Have been a loyal customer of Cirro Energy since 2008. They are one of the better companies for dependable, consistant, reliable, electric service for a residential electric plan. Here is how I rate them: Reliability-A+ Consistant-A+ Dependable to keep your service on, even doing heavy storms in Texas-A Keeping your plan contract in line with your usage-B (due to the company continued price changing, this one is still being monitored, by me) Customer Service-A+ Their customer service are really on top of their game. CS gets back to you by email, phone, or whatever means you sign up for. They never leave you predicting, if, you will get an answer to your questions. Great Customer Service. However, they are limited to what can actual be done to lower your bill. Overall, their rates are similar to your top three companies, and the plans are, also. I keep them because they are trying to improve the service each year, and for that I comment them. Alongside, getting your service back on as quickly as possible during storm weather in Texas. Give them a try, they are one of the Better Companies with a Plan. Thank You Cirro Energy!

I have been on the phone with a request for a new conection over the phone with a representative name ‘JOEL’ as we speak and he constantly puts me on hold for 30mins and comes back with nothing. I asked for a manager- guess what - puts me a even longer hold times. Its been over 1 hour 15 mins out of which 1 hour is the wait time. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY. I would like the higher management to reach out to me ASAP. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I recently had a really disappointing experience with Reliant Energy. Their customer service was poor, and I was constantly being transferred between different departments just to address billing and try to get better rates. It's frustrating that they couldn't offer assistance over the phone and insisted on doing everything online. I expected better service from such a big company. I do not recommend Reliant Energy.
I was late for my bill, they gave my grace period of two days and the moment I called and apologized I made the payment and got it reconnected in less than an hour! Excellent customer care, highly recommend :)
Average billing very misleading. Beware!! Read the fine print. Switched and now owe 1.3k to reliant. Will never use this service again.
